SIG Equity Partners is holding a distressed asset deal making event for lenders, brokers and real estate investors in the Southern CA area. We will have distinguished panelists who are actively working with banks, lenders, developers, and distressed property owners discuss what they are seeing, and help provide valuable insights on where we are, and where we are going over the next 12-18 months.
Come and learn about key issues and what to avoid and consider as you work with, purchase, or sell distressed assets over the next year or two. We encourage those who are investors, and agents and brokers to stay for the last hour to see our show case of deals with motivated sellers. Properties will include those owned by banks, developers, and motivated sellers. For a complete list of distressed asset inventory please log into our investors page at www.SIGequity.com for full access.
Bank Properties & Deal Making / Networking
We have been working with banks and lenders that have property they wish to liquidate and expose to our private equity investor base. We are also working with other brokers to showcase their deals as long as they have true motivated sellers.
